Jeff
brings more than 30 years customer service experience to
Wheelchair Transport Service. This includes customer needs
assessment, meeting quality standards for services and
evaluation of customer satisfaction. He also has more than 20
years experience in business and management, planning and
resource allocation, leadership and coordination of people and
resources.
Jeff joined Wheelchair Transport Service in 2006 as a Dispatcher where he assisted drivers with trip and client information, directions and in emergency situations. He also received and resolved issues with clients and facilities.
In March 2008, Jeff was promoted to Manager of Driver Services where he motivates, develops and directs contract and employee drivers in their daily activities.
Jeff is ‘almost’ a native of Pinellas County, moving to Dunedin when he was 3 months old. He graduated from St. Petersburg Junior College and the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications.
Jeff is married to Melanie, a true Florida native, and resides in Dunedin with their menagerie of domestic and wild animals. Jeff and his wife serve on the Advisory Board of the Pinellas Animal Foundation and volunteer for the American Cancer Society. Jeff is the benevolent dictator of a loud, noisy rock and roll band where he plays bass guitar He is a huge Gator fan and enjoys cheering them on.
